CBS Sportsline Members... I want to know...

The San Francisco 49ers... Utah Jazz... Toronto Blue Jays... Boston Bruins... Iowa Hawkeyes... and the North Carolina Tar Heels. A random string of teams you ask? Hell no dammit! Just look up and to the right and there they are. Clearly marked as your Uncle Kegger's favorite sports teams for all time. How did these choices come about you ask? Was it random choice? Perhaps. A matter of geography? Could be. Well, enough about me. I want to know how you came about choosing your favorite teams. I want to know how someone in Los Angeles ended up becoming a New York Giants Fan. When you live in Philly, why does a team from Denver claim your loyalty? Did you pick your own team or has your passion been passed down to you from generation to generation? Your Uncle Kegger wants to know it all!

CBS Sportsline Members... I want to know...Favorite teams huh. Well for the most part I am a home town fan. And it's a great time to be a home town fan in Boston. Outside the backyard we will go by sports. Seatle Seahawks. As a kid the Pats were just plain bad. I took a liking to Steve Largent and the team just kind of grew on me. For Basketball the Phenoix Suns. Again, I just kind of took to the players and the team grew on me. For Hockey, there has never been any other team other than the Bruins. Now, if Bruin ownership would follow the path set by the SOX, PATS, Celtics, we might have a shot of bringing the cup back to Bean Town. But, sigh, that doesn't seem likely. Almost forgot, Penn.
